TRUSTS

TESTAMENTARY TRUSTS

Testamentary Trusts are trusts established by a will and automatically go into effect upon the decedents passing. The will must be duly probated for assets to be distributed to the trust.

LIVING TRUSTS

Living trusts are established during the life of the testator and can be used to organize/shield assets from taxation or other creditors. The testator can name themselves the trustee and maintain complete control over and access to the trust while you are living.
