Immigrant's Guide to COVID-19 Related Benefits

Many immigrants have been reaching out to S.K. Burt Law, P.A. in search of guidance and advice on how to approach government benefits and the implications that the acceptance of government benefits can have on the various immigration statuses.

We have been working over the last few weeks to identify and verify various governmental and non-governmental agencies that are providing both financial assistance and various public services for free or at extremely reduced rates. Links for each of these services can be identified below and we encourage ALL immigrants to seek legal counsel in order to determine the impact the acceptance of government benefits can have on your status. This is by no means a comprehensive list and we encourage everyone to continue to seek assistance if it is needed.

As always, if you are in need of assistance navigating your immigration legal issues, please contact our office for a free consultation.
