Stephen Burt, Esq. is a licensed attorney in the state of Florida. Having recently graduated with his J.D. from Barry University-Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, Stephen Burt served as an Associate Editor for the Barry University Law Review, served in numerous roles within the Student Bar Association, including President, worked in the Immigration Clinic, and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta. Since graduation, Stephen Burt continues to coach teams within the Immigration Clinic as they prepare for various immigration proceedings. Stephen Burt is currently an active member of the Florida Bar's International Law, Family Law, and Solo & Small Firm Sections, the Orange County Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers of America. 

Prior to attending law school, Stephen received his Masters of Music Education from Evangel University and his Bachelors of Arts in Music, Saxophone and Voice from the University of South Carolina. 




Allison J. Evans, Esq. is a licensed attorney in the state of Florida since 2016. Graduating with her J.D. from Barry University-Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, she severed as the Editor-in-Chief of the Child and Family Law Journal as well as holding several other teaching and research assistant rolls. Since graduation, Allison Evans has practiced business and civil litigation in both state and federal courts in Florida as well as adoption law, and family law. She assists her clients with basic and complex litigation matters, business disputes, family legal matters, and guides families through the adoption process. 

Prior to attending law school, Allison attended Pennsylvania State University where she received her B.A. in Philosophy and Integrative Arts. Allison has also received her L.L.M. in 2021 for completing Baylor University’s Executive Litigation Management program.

Ashley Hernandez, M.A. is a legal assistant for S.K. Burt Law. She currently attends Barry University-Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Ashley Hernandez is Barry School of Law's 2020 Bluebook Competition Champion and a member of the Immigration Law Society. Ashley Hernandez hopes to graduate with her J.D. at Barry School of Law by 2022 and soon after become a Florida licensed attorney. Ashley Hernandez is originally from New Jersey, where she attended Montclair State University. While attending she served as the Treasurer for Montclair State University's Pre-Law Society and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Political Science and Law Department of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences.

Prior to attending law school, Ashley received her Master of Arts in Law and Governance from Montclair State University as well as her Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence and a minor in Psychology. Ashley is currently working on her second scholarly thesis on biological fathers' paternity rights issues in hopes to advocate for procedural reform in order to further justice within her community.




Katelyn Wysong is a legal assistant and Administrative Manager for S.K. Burt Law, P.A. She is an ambitious and organized Client Relations Specialist with a background and education in Event Management. After Graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Event Management, Katelyn began her career at Visit Orlando: Orlando’s Convention & Visitor’s Bureau. She focused on helping clients meet their goals and managing our high-profile events with attendees such as: Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings, and numerous Leaders in the Hospitality Industry. Katelyn was rewarded for her hard work with an Award of Excellence and was able to plan multiple Flagship events for her team. 

Since Joining S.K. Burt Law, P.A., Katelyn has revamped our Client Relations, Intake Process, Social Media, and Case Management Strategies. She aims to help our firm grow and continue to exceed client expectations during her tenure with S.K. But Law, P.A. 




Juanita Gomez is a Legal Assistant for S.K. Burt Law. She currently attends Barry University-Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and is an Associate Editor for the Barry University Child and Family Law Journal, a member of the Hispanic American Law Student Association, and a member of Phi Alpha Delta fraternity. Juanita Gomez hopes to graduate with her J.D. in May 2022. Juanita Gomez is also a volunteer Guardian Ad Litem for the GAL program in Osceola County.


Juanita Gomez is originally from Colombia, where she attended Universidad de Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano and received her degree as Industrial Designer. She later moved to Kolkata, India, where she lived for two years and completed a Gem and Jewelry Entrepreneur course. Juanita Gomez later moved to Central Florida and made Orlando her forever home. Before attending law school, Juanita Gomez was a Business Development Senior Specialist for the Orlando Convention and Visitors Bureau, Visit Orlando.
